Sunday Night Football: Green Bay Packers at New York Giants
The last two teams to win the Super Bowl meet tonight in primetime. Last year, it was the Giants going to Green Bay and getting the victory in the Divisional Round that propelled them to the title. The year before, it was the Packers rolling the Giants with a playoff spot on the line, and they continued that run as a wildcard as well.
Both of these teams are at their best when people are doubting them. Right now, that is the Giants, who have endured two weeks of talk about tired arms for Eli and that they are again not among the league’s best.
Eli Manning’s struggles coincide with injury issues with his receivers, including Hakeem Nicks. If Nicks is better, then the field opens up and Victor Cruz becomes that much more dangerous. Meanwhile, we are watching the emergence of Randall Cobb as one of the best playmakers in the league. New York will have to be on offensively when they have not been for close to a month, but as we’ve seen when these two teams get together, don’t count anyone out.

Aaron sporting the bro mustache. Not a good look. That’s not gonna get you too many GQ spreads like Sanchez/Tebow. Then again, he’s in the wrong market

I need Jordy Nelson to break his leg before he can amass 10 more points. In one of my other leagues I’m beating some clown 180-50.

Love how Florida looked like trash against UGA but can get a BCS bowl bid if UGA loses to alabama. What a system…

Yeah and UGA got date raped by South Cackalacky.
November 25th, 2012 at 8:54 PM
Yeah, UGA being 3rd is a joke too. They didnt have to play Bama, LSU, or A&M.

Are we counting OC’s? I can think of one that needs his ass ridden out.
//Has Denard stand on the sideline…
///Lines up in the “I” for the 10th straight time behind a young O-Line…
////Hands off to 4th string RB…
/////Three yard loss.

If GB don’t get their pass protection solved they should sit Rodgers in the 4th quarter. He gonna get his arm ripped from his torso.

I was thrilled to see Denard on the sidelines. Change your gravatar bro. I know Borges was horrible. But please admit that OSU left a ton of points on the field due to their horrible play calling inside the Michigan 40. Michigan’s point were basically due to a horrible blown coverage that I was yelling at the TV before the ball was snapped. A muffed punt and a crazy ass missed tackle on that Denard run. Jesus Christ. If the those 2 CB’s don’t hit Denard at the same damn time he goes down.

I could easily seeing a news story that mentioned Bob Costas, Cocaine Binge, and Manhunt. At times he looks positively deranged. I think he’s gonna leave the halftime show and audition for the Kraftwerk reunion.

“Borges Sucks” just gave me 8.3 million hits on a query.

Post the pic you want on here. I have Photoshop at work and can make it more manageable there in the morning.
Pretty certain OSU’s first score was a result of shitty coverage as well.

Seems low.
What’s frustrating is he seems like a wizard at times. Other times, he seems hell bent on doing what he wants regardless if it will work or not. Going for it on 4th on the 50ish early in the game was just stupid.

Green Bay offense, yech. As a bonus your defense stinks too.

Jim Bollman just got canned at BC I believe. Give him a call. I endorse it.

Packers are pathetically soft. Hit em in the mouth and they fold like a cheap tent. Rodgers douchestache getting beat down makes this a great end to the weekend.

How did this Packers team beat Houston so badly? They are awful.
