Kolo Toure, defender for Manchester City and the Ivory Coast National Team, carried on a two year affair while pretending to be a car salesman named Francois, according to the Daily Mirror. The woman, Kessel Kasuisyo, thought he looked familiar but did not follow soccer, and learned his true identity when a friend recognized him.
Toure was married to the mother of his two children while the affair was ongoing, and would sneak into the woman’s flat while wearing baseball caps and oversized glasses.

“Two or three weeks after the wedding he was at mine. Around the time he got married he called and said he was back in Africa and had just sold two cars.

“I believed everything he said, I am hurt and confused by it all. Maybe he wanted me to be a second wife. I just don’t know. Everything about his strange ­behaviour now all makes sense.”

Toure is denying ever knowing the woman, though she provided what appears to be a picture of him peaking around a shower curtain at her flat.
