Loss of Revis = a safety to help in pass coverage. one less body near the line. Also, the LBs are slow and old and overrated. I think 3 – Pace, Thomas, Scott – could be gone.

yeah, they didn’t get to brady all that much last night, despite the intentional grounding call they didn’t get to him as much as the normally did.

part of that was some of the offensive scheming to keep the defense guessing, but there was a lot of half step near misses on the jets d in crashing the pocket

This is the Jets problem in a nutshell. How Johnson has yet to grasp that winning precedes popularity is mind-boggling.

I’d like to trade down in the draft to get a lot of guys … but Te’o could seriously be in play. he seems better suited for 4-3, but Te’o/Harris in the middle of 3-4 could be nasty.

The whole quote was my gratitude at the other volunteers who came out to help. They showed up by the dozens, with giving attitudes and a willingness to help. So, I mentioned that they could have been anywhere doing anything else, but they took time away from their families to help us. We appreciated their support, and wanted them to know it.

On paper, I was “director” of the event. In reality, I did whatever was needed. Moved tables, moved food, solved logistical problems (where to store stuff, helping obtain contributions), drove a shuttle bus to & from our sister homeless shelter and delivered some food to that same shelter at the end of the day.

Said all that to say this: efforts like this take place in every town, and not just on holidays. If any of you are so inclined, you can make a difference in the lives of your neighbours who are struggling.
