It’s generally a year for a crappy team to make it to the SB. The dilution of quality in the AFC is fucking cyclical.

It’s not nearly as bad as it was in 03-06 when Carolina, Seattle and the Rex Grossman Bears were getting there for the NFC. Stick those teams in today’s NFC and they’re .500 tops.
