This video of a clown fighting a police officer was taken this weekend in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The guy dressed like a clown is some sort of activist who was running into traffic at a busy intersection squirting cars with a water* bottle. People called the police and the clown resisted arrest. As the reporter says, all that is left is this video which is sure to be a “web sensation.”
