Liquor, are you talking about Obamacare? Because that is not the way it works, from how I understand it.

THe law will require you to buy insurance, whether you can afford it or not. If you don’t buy it bevause you can’t afford it, you are penalized up to 10 percent of your income, leaving you still without coverage.

Insurers are required to take all comers, but there is no mechanism in the law to limit what they can charge in premiums, other than some vague promise that the “market” will cap costs.

Small companies will drop their insurance programs for employees because it will be cheaper to simply pay the fine for not providing.

And even if you have coverage, you will pay a tax on the worth of that coverage.
