Derek Dooley: I Haven’t Been Told I’ve Been Fired … Unless I’m Being Lied to
Derek Dooley, the embattled Tennessee coach who is a putrid 4-18 in SEC games in his three painful seasons in Knoxville, met with the media today, and all anyone wanted to ask him was whether or not he’s been fired.
Poor Derek Dooley. He seems to be the only one who doesn’t know what the deal is:
Dooley said Dave Hart hasn’t told him he won’t be back next season.
— Wes Rucker (@wesrucker247) November 12, 2012
Dooley said either sources are wrong or Dave Hart isn’t being truthful with him.
— Wes Rucker (@wesrucker247) November 12, 2012
Dooley said no reason to believe Dave Hart wasn’t being honest with him.

Poor guy. Derek should roll out the all-orange look Saturday against Vanderbilt (down to the socks) and empty the playbook. Go down swinging, DD. Open with an onside kick and attempt a fumblerooskie and hook & lateral in the first half.

Pretty awesome move to make the administration look like untrustworthy dicks to whoever the replacement is. I’m not gonna lie I miss Tennessee mattering if only because of the adorable dog mascot.

I don’t think drawing a penalty on purpose is sticking it to the man.

Well, maybe they’re learned their lesson from letting their coach look like an untrustworthy dick.

That cop to the right behind Brees embodies everything I think of when I think of a New Orleans cop.
