Brady Hoke frantically called a timeout during overtime of today’s Michigan – Northwestern game. The referee awarded Michigan the timeout as a Northwestern lineman moved and what would have been a 5-yard penalty on 4th and 2 was negated. Hoke then asked the referee if he got that. Yes. Darn.
