Ole Miss is a very racist and prejudice school. The students and alumini do not hide it at all. Most of the the fraternities and sororities wear their Greek letter shirts around campus. On the back of the t-shirts are the Greek letters and on the front there are slave owners and people who started revolts for the confederacy. Some students walk around with head members of the Klu Klux Klan one their shirts. There is nothing wrong with being proud of you heritage, but why would anyone want to be associated with such negative ideas. I would be ashamed if my family gained wealth from slavery. I know one can not change the past. I definitely would not broadcast it. It does not matter, MS will be left in the dust. By the time the residents of MS get a clue it will be too late. I know so many people that left there for better opportunities and a different way of life. People of every color.It is boring there. One has to leave the state to enjoy yourself. The students at Ole Miss made the state of Mississippi look foolish. People should recognize and respect the differences of others. We need to meet in the middle. If Romney would have won I don’t people would have burned signs. Especially, if the election process would have been done fairly. The south will be left behind. The people there don’t care if they live the 60′s. They will continue to get drunk and eat. Trust me there is nothing else to do there. Ole Miss considers itself the Harvard of the south. Were the students at Harvard making fools of themselves. Nope, only the students at Ole Miss that already have a horrible reputation nationally. LOL!
