Horns Down: Mack Brown Thinks Big 12 Players Should Not Be Permitted to Mess With Texas
Mack Brown does not appreciate rival fan bases players using the “horns down” sign while running roughshod over Texas. He thinks the Big 12 should step in and do something about it.
From Kirk Bohls:
“The horns down is disrespectful,” Mack Brown said. “We ought to talk about that as a league.”
This will get those hooligans to stop.
Incidentally, the New York Times thinks it is ridiculous to think Mack Brown will be fired.

I’m tired of Mack speaking. And “coaching.”
Once Saban wins his 3rd title in 4 years at Bama, UT will throw him $10mm/year to come to the best college football job. Which will give Sumlin a chance to take over the SEC.

I think Mack should worry more about his defense.

KU fans have screamed, “Rip his fucking head off” when kicking off since when I was in college (mid 90s.) KU got good for a couple years and drew more people, casual fans, and these casual fans were appalled. They complained, East Coast Lew told the fans not to do that anymore. Guess what happened? Louder than fucking ever.
Bad move, Mack. Everyone will do this now.

Rod is a funny guy. And, if he is an aTm fan, well then, everything he has posted makes sense now.

No, I’m definitely not an Aggie fan. Can’t stand them in fact. Most hated fanbase in my world, next to the Dallas Cowboys. It was a joke.

Whew. Dodged a bullet there. I don’t think we have ever had an Aggie fan comment here. The whole not having thumbs thing prevents typing.

Someone please explain to me why we set our clocks back so that it gets dark at 4:30 from now until the end of February. IS THIS BIG PHARMA’S DOING? DO THEY NEED TO SELL MORE PROZAC?

KC – thanks for the “Women’s suffrage” related link earlier today – that’s some beautiful idiocy goin’ on there.
By the way, my alma mater is not aTm but I root for them every week except one. Open up the joke book – I went to Auburn, so all jokes apply similarly to both.

Don’t you have to score first before you kick off???

We are actually on regular time right now. When we spring forward, high noon actually occurs at 1pm. DST gives us an extra hour in the evenings from April-Oct.
Would you rather not have DST and have the sun rise at 4am in the summer months???
