Saturday Night Football: Alabama at LSU, Oregon at USC
It’s the Saturday night we’ve been waiting for since August. Two teams (possibly three) are in tangible BCS title contention instead of four, but we’ll take it.
Alabama at LSU: The Game of the Century Part III or, as we hope it may become known, the Teabag Derby. We previewed this game earlier and detailed the disaster scenario for the SEC if LSU wins. LSU wants revenge for being dumbed in the BCS Title Game, however much players want to downplay it.  Could this year’s Alabama secondary be better than last year’s? Glenn Guilbeau really hates named rivalries for some reason. A performance from A.J. McCarron could move him up the Heisman board.
Oregon at USC: A lot depends on which USC team shows up. The Trojans have looked better at home, but they have not played anyone there. In fact, they have yet to beat a team with a winning record this season. Oregon hasn’t faced a strong schedule, but has looked imperious against it. Homecoming for De’Anthony Thomas. Will nerves rattle freshman Marcus Mariota on the road in his first huge game? We think not.
College Football Message boards? The Times is on it.

I’d say Notre Dame’s chances at a national title look as rickety as a scissor lift in a thunderstorm right now.

If you struggle to beat a shitty big east team, you shouldnt play for a BCS title

Duffster refuses to acknowledge KSU unless he absolutely has too. Like the Heisman posts.
