Yes – you make a deposit and work off it up or down. You’re allowed one “free” payment to you a month if you have winnings, otherwise there is some weird extra charges (I’ve never had to deal with it so I’m not exactly sure).

Yep – credit card and email address is all you need. The only thing that sucks is that since the site is foreign based you may get hit with the extra charge on your card.

I got pissed at it today because it was wrong on the WVU/TCU game all day. I had it queued up while I was watching the PSU game to follow my other bets, and apparently when TCU scored a Def TD in the 3rd quarter it counted the TD/XP for BOTH teams. So when the score first posted final (even though it was OT), it showed WVU winning by 6 (which is feasible in OT). I thought I won my bet – until the Game Break highlight came in.
