Fab 5. Most overrated team ever. Never won a thing. Didn’t win a Big 10 title. Didn’t win an NCAA championship.

You gotta realize I was 16-18 years old at the time. Flashy. And whatnot.

but its funny how those two schools are intertwined with history.

Yeah, that is most certainly cool. It is faux internet hate I have. UNC gets much respect from me. Also, Kentucky and KU have quite a bit of history. Adolph Rupp was under Phog Allen.

If Kendal Marshall wouldn’t have been sidelined, the Tar Heels would have won that game

If ands and buts. That is sports. There have been five better KU teams in the past 20 years that never got to the Final Four. Last season was all gravy after the Sweet 16. And it kept getting gravier for each win. Sure, a national title would have been nice, but that team exceeded all expectations nationally. And the 19 point comeback against Mizzou at the end of the season was one of the most awesome sports events I’ve seen.

I’ve hated UNC since before it was cool to do so. It stems from the Fab 5 National Title game. I loved that Michigan team when I was in high school.

Duke. UNC. That entire state can burn.

I can understand your hatred there KC, I felt the same way when Kansas beat UNC in the 1990 final four, Roy beating the mentor. I disliked Kansas since then, but its funny how those two schools are intertwined with history. Was really bummed about this past year’s tournament game. If Kendal Marshall wouldn’t have been sidelined, the Tar Heels would have won that game

I actually like the uniforms, though they do remind me of HOU Texans. TT laying pts this week (-7) vs TEX. last time they were favored in Lubbock they got smacked. I love me some red raiders, but do you think they should be favored by that much?

I actually like Bill Self. Good coach and classy. I’ve hated UNC since 93. Adding Droopy Dog just made it worse.

They’ll fail with that and then they’ll fail with Arkansas and settle with Vandy.
