During a recent UMass football team meeting, two cops showed up to serve Daniel Maynes and Rob O’Connor with papers. Those papers just happened to be scholarship offers. Clever. Extra points to UMass coach Charley Molnar for using cops for something awesome instead of something annoying and awkward like Pete Carroll.
