Noon Football: Johnny Football and Texas A&M Take on LSU
The SEC: Where offense is fey and having the conference’s most dynamic player embedded in the turf will be termed a victory. We’re not expecting the Aggies to gain much traction. The key will be sealing off Manziel on third downs, where his scrambling has been lethal. LSU allowed three third downs on quarterback runs against Florida. The Tigers should be the stiffest test Texas A&M’s run defense has faced, though that unit has impressed this year. A win here would be massive for Texas A&M. Many did not anticipate them competing in the SEC at all, let alone the first season. Not sure we’re ready to predict that.
Incidentally: Texas A&M issued a “Code Maroon” and evacuated its campus after a bomb threat yesterday. This scheduling was not an ESPN conspiracy to pump up Texas. Here’s another Johnny Football profile. We’ve seen no reports Baton Rouge was annexed.

Texas A&M made that look kind of easy.

Dang, it’s coming back. Nice throwback, though. Too bad it won’t count.

A&M quickly foils The Hat’s game-plan of winning by way of safety and a FG.
Previously thwarted Hat schemes include providing synthetic marijuana to top players, calling a spike play with no time left and Jarret Lee.

already 9-0? We’re a Mettenberger pick-six away from this getting out of hand …

Home/Road difference in college football enormous. LSU didn’t give South Carolina anything at home last week. Think Johnny does this in Baton Rogue? No way.
Which is why I’m picking Florida -3.5

Johnny Football sounds suspiciously like the action figure that the proctologist removed from Verne Lundquist.

With all apologies to Derek Dooley and the Decided Schematic Advantage, is there any coach in college football who wastes more talent than Les Miles?

“Johnny Football” sounds like the main character in a very campy gay porn film.

Mack Brown deserves recognition.

So can this post get “reposted” or something to keep it near the top today?
OSU always has issues with Purdue, its uncanny. Currently losing by 6 with Purdont deep in OSU territory.
