Iowa Fans Dressed As “Jerry Sandusky” For Tonight’s Penn State Game
Penn State is in Iowa tonight to take on the Hawkeyes. Some Iowa fans dressed up in prisoner costumes to pay tribute to Jerry Sandusky. I’m willing to bet they thought this was brilliant and fairly-to-extrememly hilarious when they came up with this idea last week. On the plus side, their outfits are hella comfy. [@OnwardState]

Living in Iowa is a bit like being in jail.

Same here, but that is poor form for not having at least a grey haired wig on. At least attempt to look like him.

Yeah, “Child’s Play: Sandusky Style.” I believe it is produced by Vivid.

As a follow up to the above, apparently Iowa sent an email out to students earlier this week asking students to represent the school properly.

They should have brought actual minors to the game with them, just to complete the look.

The boys are high school students, not U of I students. They’re all good kids, on the honor roll, etc. It’s close to Halloween and they thought they were being funny. (How many adults will dress the same for Halloween or even profit from selling Sandusky costumes?!) Their parents did NOT know they were going to dress this way before going to the game. How many of us have made questionable decisions when we were in their age? In poor taste, yes, but if it’s the worst mistake they ever make, it’s not so bad.
