Ballack, sober, was pulled over in his Audi A7 going 131MPH in a 75MPH zone.

The A7 has speed limit detection, but I’m guessing it didn’t much matter to him.

one of the dumbest things i did was the time cops drove me to where i was headed bc i sorta passed the field test. had a buncha fries and milkshake at a Wag’s with my drinking buddy, who then dropped me at my car and I drove home about an hour after being stopped. not that the cops didn’t have my info or knew where we left the car

My father always tells the story of when he got caught doing 130-something in his youth and he didn’t even lose his license. Or when he got pulled over after having too much to drink, and the cop escorted him home and told him to have a good night. The 70s sure were a different time.
