Tigers manager Jim Leyland gave erratic reliever Jose Valverde a much needed day off from his closing duties on Sunday for Game 2 of the ALCS. Considering Valverde is the only Detroit pitcher the Yankees can hit, it’s understandable why the portly pitcher decided to setup shop in the bullpen as though he had a photoshoot scheduled with renowned lensman, Cosmo Kramer. Somewhere in Orlando, Glen “Big Baby” Davis nods approvingly while striking an ultra-creepy pose.

Depending on your rooting interest, it’s either sad or hilariously sad that playoff baseball in the Bronx has rapidly turned into a day at the beach for opposing teams.
