Seattle Seahawks Upset the Patriots as Russell Wilson Threw This Touchdown to Sidney Rice
Another day, another team losing a late multiple score lead. This is life in the NFL, where even teams with top quarterbacks cannot close out the deal. Seattle trailed by 13 in the fourth quarter, but scored twice, the second coming on this deep ball to Sidney Rice with just over one minute remaining.
The Patriots squandered many opportunities in this one, kicking a field goal earlier in the game on fourth and one, and losing out on a field goal at the end of the first half when an intentional grounding resulted in a 10 second run off ending the half.
As a result of this, the Jets and Dolphins winning earlier, and the Bills winning at Arizona just now in overtime, we now have a four way tie at 3-3 in the AFC East.

If that was Titus Young, he would’ve dropped that. If that was Matt Stafford he would’ve over/under thrown the ball.

this kid can ball. Good rookie class w/ him, RG3 and Luck. Weeden has looked good at times, and Tannehill as well.

Waiting for the obligatory “he throws the prettiest deep ball in the league” compliment.

kaiser, I heard the same on both.
Is Lewis getting close to the end of the line? Torn triceps takes a while to heal, right?

Well he does throw a nice deep ball. And when you either get a guy wide open, or a DPI call every time, you throw the deep ball.

Technically not when you take conference games into consideration. But as for number of wins/losses, yes.

it’s a long recovery, surgery to repair the muscle, rehab. in the past i’ve seen it sideline young guys for a full season. if it’s completely torn he’s done. props for him if he does miss the rest of the season and come back
i’ve had a partial tear of my bicep before and it wasn’t nearly as bad as tearing it from the bone.
