Not a lip-reader, but I believe Les Miles thought “that call was bull crap.” He seems like a man who would call something “bull crap.” LSU beat South Carolina 23-21 to stay alive in the SEC Title race.

I asked about that in the ND-Stanford post. Only thing I can figure is that it is either ok because they turned it into a GIF, or they have a budget that lets them pay for this stuff now.
