  The Irish being overrated and irrelevant is so hackneyed a premise voters have been countering it by underrating them the past two years.

  Only difference between Notre Dame and MSU in 2010 and 2011 was luck and Notre Dame playing a tougher schedule.

  So when Notre Dame lose it’s because of opponents luck and a tough schedule but when they beat Michigan this year it’s because there a relevant team again. Got it.
