Renovations into townhouses and apartments. They are in an excellent location for public transportation, and they have some nice amenities like pools and velodromes.

That is a throwaway line towards the end of the Daily News article. I feel like we need more details on that. Many more details.

My guess is he flew a remote control helicopter into a sprinkler head. It activated and the water damage took out several floors of drywall.
