Truth. I always have a giant bottle of EW in the cabinet for cooking.

Next time you smoke some pork butts, do this with your extra rack space
-buy the thickest chuck roast you can find
-rub it with your favorite spices.
-place in a baggie, pour enough EW to cover the meat
-refrigerate for 2 days
-fire up smoker
-place meat in aluminum pan, fill with EW about 3/4 to top of meat
-smoke for about 6 hours – check liquid at 2 hr intervals
