I can’t tell if its because of all the accessories that QB likes to wear or because it looks like a chunk of plastic that he is wearing as opposed to pads covered by a jersey.

the collar and the oddly placed stripes aren’t doing them any favors.

Speaking of uniforms, I recall a story I read several years ago when Harvard and Cornell were national powers. Prior to the game one year Cornell added brown, football shaped patches to the uniforms of all of their offensive players. Harvard protested that that would be an unfair advantage because it would be difficult for their players to find the ball. When Cornell refused to change the uniforms, Harvard painted all of the game balls crimson.

I guess the moral of the story is that football was fun when you could make up the rules as you went along.
