Carles Puyol Fell Awkwardly and Suffered a Horrific Injury [Video]
Carles Puyol, who plays for FC Barcelona, just took a terrible fall and either broke his arm or dislocated his elbow. Whatever the injury, it looked excruciatingly painful and immediately brought back harrowing memories of Rajon Rondo’s rogue elbow. Don’t forget Florida’s Jeff Demps, either. Brutal.
And here’s the crowd-pleasing GIF…

Good thing they bought a central defender in the summer to compensate for Muniesa blowing out his knee.
What’s that?
uhoh, looks like a shitty team will be winning the CL again this year

He always jumps up wildly on corners, probably why he’s always injured now. Poor Carles

Being a non-leg injury, he should be able to play sooner rather than later.
When I was younger, I remember breaking my wrist, and playing that weekend with a “bubble wrapped club” on my arm.
/fuckin miss that shit

(Yes I realize they have Alex Song, no I do not think Alex Song is capable of playing CB for the alleged best team ever assembled)

Move Busquets back there w/ Mascherano instead of Song.

I was just thinking that at 75min he should of been taken off as precaution for the Madrid game then this happens like a minute later. So unlucky and hopefully Pique is healthy or it looks like 2 midfielders are playing defense on Sunday
