A couple of similar cases occurred when I was living in Charlotte. In both, the parent said they simply forgot the baby was in the car.
One involved a low-income Hispanic mom; she got tossed into jail posthaste. The other involved a well-to-do whie male physician; he was never charged.

If you’re talking about the restaurant Cheesecake Factory, then yes fuck them for being overpriced.

They are really ridiculous on some stuff. I am pretty sure Cheesecake factories survive on nonworking women. My Brother-in-law is a kitchen manager for one and says that the same women will come in 5 times a week for lunch.

Went to a Cheesecake Factory for a 1st Communion lunch for my niece this past spring in Baltimore. Lot of different entrees, was actually pretty good. Place was packed. Lots of good mixed drinks too.
