Lots of helmet to helmet non-calls today. Was a flag thrown on this one?

The NFL has done a great job deterring the players from helmet to helmet hits. The penalties and especially the fines have really got the players to stop this.

Now, after a summer of hearing about suspensions due to bounties, the players have heeded that warning and have kept their hits nice and clean as to not draw any suspicion.

But let’s talk about the officials. It’s all their fault.

It has gone past ironic and into the tragic category.
