Gene Chizik Has a Dark Knight Rises Parody: “The Dark Chiz Rises”

In case the media pillorying him at every turn had not made it clear, Auburn coach Gene Chizik is on the hot seat. Here is a Dark Knight Rises parody ahead of this weekend’s LSU game reveling in that fact. Les Miles features as Bane. There are cameos from Dan Mullen, Nick Saban and Brian VanGorder’s hair. Sadly, no Kristi Malzahn as Cat Woman.

he is pulling in Top 10 recruiting classes, and Frazier is/was a Malzahn guy, he will get a pass this year. if next year is anything like this one though I could see Bob Stoops making the move to the plains.

But was he really fired or have he and his jacket merely escaped to a less hectic conference together? I think the ending will leave it up to us to decide.

Also, Chizik isn’t on the hot seat. Bloggers and media types can ask all the questions they want, but he’s not going anywhere, even after we only win 5 games this year.

Also, any of the golf crew around. Just finished up playing in the web.com pro-am out at my course. Pretty sweet day.

Danny Lee won it last year, shooting an -18, but as I recall the conditions were way, way easy. Wind is usually a big factor in this part of the world. It was blowing a little bit today and if that keeps up, I think -14 to -16 could win it.

the hot seat is actually not a seat per se, but more like a double-seater rickshaw. Chizik and Richt are both riding in it. Derek Dooley is pulling it.
