B.O. is a class warfare addict – who actually could have taken a page from Bill Clinton in terms of economic policy (such Irony that Clinton was more “conservative” in the classical, economic sense of the term, than W was).

Just shut down Bernanke and the idiotic easy money inflation. Stop it. Strengthen the dollar. Gas goes down under $2 and the domestic economy starts to fire up, the dollar becomes stronger, more foreigners invest in the U.S. markets and the psychology of Americans change within a year; houses start to be purchased; that changes the whole economic outlook around the world. As it is, both parties have no idea how a market works. Fail.

I think with some more experience, Mr. Obama could have been that person because of what you stated earlier in your comments. He is a very smart person.

Its very, very hard to president after spending a lot of time in Congress, and BO knew that thanks to a conversation with Kennedy. Too many tough votes need to be cast that can be used against you in a general campaign, especially nowadays when bills are specifically written to fuck over one party or another (some asshole senator puts first responder funding in a bill that bans same sex marriage, etc).

Obama is a smart guy with a fantastic decision making apparatus. If you think he could have gained anything by lauguishing in the Senate for another decade, you don’t understand anything about politics.
