Cowboys Fans and Seahawks Fans Brawled in the Parking Lot on Sunday (Video)
It was a very violent Sunday for NFL fans. The latest video proof comes from one of the parking lots in the shadow of Safeco Field in Seattle where Seahawks and Cowboys fans threw down over… who had the best sea foam green accessories? It doesn’t really matter. While this was probably just sports and alcohol-related violence, at least one “lady” got involved and is captured throwing Brock Lesnar-style hammer fists at an opposing fan.

Does senseless violence really generate that many page views on a sports blog?
/wait, don’t answer that

Between this and the incredibly creepy “please send us videos of people fucking in bathrooms at sporting events” posts at Deadspin, I choose this.

For those who have actually squared off at a stadium, help me understand.
Do ya wake up in the morning pissed off at life? Do you actually well up with rage when you see someone wearing a jersey of a different team? Somebody hit you with a “your momma” joke & you had no swift response?
What is it?

We tailgated about a mile from the stadium, next to McDonalds, so we see all types. The Dallas fans were probably the most arrogant we’ve seen walk by in a long time. Next week will be shittier for another reason, Packer fans are all fat fucks, that don’t know they’re fat, so they all wear tight shirts. But, yeah, Dallas fans were shitty. Still no reason to get an assault rap, though.

Never done it, but I think a large amount of grain alcohol has to be involved

srod, the silly part is fighting bec of your fandom and nothing else. i could see having a tussle over boorish behavior toward a companion but not your kids, unless you were defending, because you may get clocked and then what is your kid gonna do?
but for the laundry alone? nah. i’m on
/team i won;t go to a live sporting event unless the seats are amazing like scout seats or sideline passes

According to the “get off my lawn” type of people I work with, fighting took place at a higher frequency 30 years ago than today while attending football games. America didn’t really care too much back then since nobody had the technology to record every pissing contest they see.

Whats worse: the people who fight, or the sports blog who posts said fight?
Also, this is indeed a classic “dust-up”. There is literally dust flying as they go at it.

Is the guy at the 1:00 mark biting the dude’s ankles? I will never understand these morons.

From time to time, I go to a baseball or basketball game (not to excited about paying NFL prices). We see plenty of these on the ‘Net, and it blows my mind.
Say you lose the fight, especially one you started. What do you say to your friends, kids, date, etc. after you get stomped? Was the fight worthwhile, or does the result justify initiating it?

Carlos Mencia is a Dez Bryant fan? Who would have guessed.

With this unless its a great atmosphere, i.e. Neyland this weekend. Luckily I had seats behind endzone. Two friends bought upperdeck bottom for $175 a piece. Left at halftime (tailgate drunj). That would upset me so much.

Jack Lambert’s wife was at a game in CLE. Her first time she started waving some steelers pennant or something. She said she looked up and it was on fire.
Meatheads gravitate to these NFL games. If you dont mind paying $12 for a 20 oz beer and buy 5-6 of them, are you going to think twice before fighting?

These guys jumped me. I was minding my own business when outta nowhere, they just sucker punched me. I held my own until the 3rd and 4th guys jumped on me.

at some point, enough of these fights will be such a black eye for stadiums that hopefully, security will be elevated.

Dunno, some guy tried to tackle me in Philly this weekend leaving the Linc because I was wearing an Ed Reed jersey, Philly fans were mostly fine with me except for that retard. To be fair, Eagles fans were ready to kick has ass as much as any Baltimore people, it was kind surreal. I was also sober, so I had that going for me, I guess.
