The people upset about the new charging cord are probably the same people who couldn’t believe when Apple stopped shipping their computers with a CD-ROM drive.

I liked the move to no CD-ROM. As far as the connection, I was just fine with the cord they used for the original iPod. Just lamenting the fact that every single accessory ever created in the last decade will now force you to buy an overpriced adapter. Just because it’s Apple.

While watching some of the responses of various leaders to the riots at US embassies, I’ve realized I prefer pissed-off/outraged reactions at times like this as opposed to sullenness.

All I can think of is Rules Of Engagement, possibly the worst legal/war combo movie ever made.
