Alabama Recruit Deon Johnson Arrested for Rape, Sodomy

Deon Johnson, a high school star who committed to Alabama in April, was arrested Thursday on charges of rape and sodomy according to the Press Register. No other details are available yet.
Johnson, the 13th ranked football player in the state of Alabama according to Rivals, is a 6-foot, 170-pound athlete who was seen on ESPN earlier this week scoring a touchdown for Spanish Fort, his high school, in a win over Daphne. [AL.com via B Fish]

I remember the 1st day at college they had some lady come in talking about all the situations that constitute rape. There was a bunch of shit in there that I still don’t consider to be rape.

When it comes to rape and sodomy, I don’t want details. The words “rape” and “sodomy” paint a very clear picture.

I believe “sodomy” in the legal context means anything otehr than vaginal sex. So a 17 year old getting a hummer from a 15 year old could be charged with both rape and sodomy.
