Some Guy Won $120,000 When Houston Lost to Texas State
Last season Houston went 13-1 and finished #14 in the nation in the USA Today poll. (AP #18) Last year Texas State went 6-6. In 2010, Houston beat Texas State, 68-28. It makes sense that Houston would be a big favorite when the two schools met last weekend. It does not make sense that someone would bet two grand on Texas State winning outright. Then again, 60-1 odds will do that to you.
The William Hill Race & Sports Book in Las Vegas says a man placed a $2,000 bet on Texas State to beat Houston outright at 60-1 odds, earning him a payout of $120,000. Texas State, which was playing its first game as a member of the Football Bowl Subdivision, was a 34-point underdog. It was just the seventh 30-point underdog to win a game outright since 1980 according to RJ Bell, the founder of the sports betting website Pregame.com.
I’ll go back to the Mayweather post from earlier today. I’d love to see some of the idiotic bets this guy has thrown away money on. Three grand on Savannah State to win? Sure!

With the information given, it had to be either Dustin Johnson, Nick Watney, or Charl Schwartzel.

Because it would look like this. Man places kids college fund on NY Giants ML last night and was last seen doing the Hokie key jingle on two dudes in the hotel bathroom.

I got twenty on FSU to cover, Savannah St Going the way of Gandhi with non-violent protest on the field. Here’s Savannah’s Coach on game payments:
“We’re going to have to readdress that, you get paid for certain things, but I don’t know if at the end of the day some things are worth the payments you get. But we’ll see. Those are the conversations we’ll have.”
He sounds like a beaten down hooker.
If the coach feels that way, how do the players feel about being pimped out to giant violent masochists for gang raping two weeks in a row?
Florida St 4th stringers will be playing at home in front of their parents for the first and last time, it’s their fucking Super Bowl.

One guy didn’t win it, 4 guys put in 500 each.
