The problem is (and always has been) the offense, and namely with Top 8. Aside from the start, the schedule seems very manageable. I want nothing more than the Jets to fail and burn miserably, but 8-8 seems right on, and with a few breaks I could see them taking another game or two.

I do think that the “educated” sports public has overreacted and is downgrading the Jets’ wins estimates too much.
