Gabriel Muniz, a Boy with No Feet, Was Invited to Train with Barcelona Football Club

Gabriel Muniz is 11 and was born with no feet. And he’s a terrific young soccer player.
British newspapers this morning carried the extraordinary story of the skilful youngster who is not only the best player in his school team but also the captain of his gym team.
“He started walking before he was one. We would go after him, expecting him to keep falling, but he never fell,” his mother Sandra is quotes as saying.

I wonder if he gets special shoes manufactured? No way he walks around like that all the time. I only ask because I can’t get my dog to ever wear her damn hiking shoes and from the looks of it they might be the perfect fit on him.

Very similar approach when the shoes are on. She is a lab/shep mix and is able to take off the shoes within about 30 seconds. It takes me at least 5 minutes to get them on.

YYSA, I have the same mix, and she gives me the same problem. She can’t even stand to have a blanket over her front paws. She reminds me of the 2 year old kid who no matter how long you take and how nicely you dress him, is suddenly naked 90 seconds after company comes over.

I sincerely appreciate the effort, that was my favorite skit, but his name was Bologna Feet.
/I try and get him in the game, give the fans what they want, but he just can’t get the cleats over his sandwiches…uh, i mean feet.
