Wieters numbers are worthy, and Jones probably is too.

Depends on what #’s you use and your definition of “all-star caliber.” Wieters is 3rd in WAR among AL catchers (2nd if you dont count Mauer who’s basically part-time this year). He’s 5th out of 5 in OPS among qualifying catchers. Jones is 3rd in OPS among centerfielders, 6th in WAR. Worth noting that the O’s top WAR guy is JJ Hardy and he’s tied for 38th in the AL (and has an .277 OBP).
