Pedophilia explicitly refers to prepubescent children and the offender has to be a certain amount of years older at a minimum to be considered a pedophile (if a fifteen year old bangs a twelve year old, he’s not a pedophile). It’s a medical diagnosis, there are strict limits to it. They have other “philias” for older children.
