Notre Dame Players Cierre Wood and Justin Utupo Suspended for Two Games
Cierre Wood, who was named to the Maxwell Award watch list as he enters his senior year as a tailback, has been suspended for two games by head coach Brian Kelly for the dreaded team rules violation. Linebacker Justin Utupo, who would be a difficult topic in Wheel of Fortune, has also been suspended. Tim Ryan, our in-house Notre Dame fan, assures me that both of these gentlemen play football and are in fact relevant, even though they play for a team that has not won a national title since BBQ (before Brady Quinn).

Funny how people like to dump on that school for not winning but won’t acknowledge they are not willing to sit back and allow players to dictate the rules. Kids screwed up, got punished for putting themselves ahead of the team. Kudos to ND and any other school that stand up to players thinking they are above the rules and the team. It’s refreshing to see.
PS, michigan is still gay

At least now we now have proof Brian Kelly realizes he does have running backs on the roster.
