These fucking customers I have to deal with are so dumb sometimes. They don’t cancel their accounts in time before their next shipment goes out, so when they get the shipment they get all pissed off and say “I canceled my account and you guys still sent me this box. I don’t need all this coffee.” So when you tell them you’re going to refund their money asides from shipping and handling (bullshit company policy), they say “Oh well I never got the shipment so why am I being charged shipping?” Motherfucker, did you not just email us 20 minutes ago and say that you got a shipment after your account had been canceled?
