Ohio State freshman Bri’onte Dunn, a four-star running back recruit, will not face drug possession charges, after police found a pipe and a small amount of marijuana in his car during a traffic stop. The car was registered to his mother, Donna, who arrived at the scene and claimed the marijuana was hers.

The law director has the final determination on what charges to file. Dunn’s mother, Donna, arrived at the scene of the traffic stop, Zumbar said, and said the minute amount or marijuana was present in the vehicle previous to Dunn using it.

Dunn will be charged for misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and seat belt and tail light violations. It’s not yet clear whether Dunn has gained entry to Urban Meyer’s inner circle. [Photo via Getty]
