I skimmed that column and Bill Simmons, after watching this sport for the first time, is already offering up rule changes to make it better. Very Simmonsesque.

I didn’t take his proposed rule changes to be very serious. Why does everyone get so up in arms about Simmons’ articles? This one seemed innocent enough.
