Embarrassing yourself doesn’t make you a bad owner…not spending money and hiring the wrong people does. Chris Grant has been pretty solid so far as GM, and he’s spent money

Dolan’s issues stemmed from the Decision. Before that, it seemed like he and the organization did everything short of fellatio to keep Bron happy and in Clev. When that failed, he went all Comic Sans on us.
