Didn’t think about the TV thing. Good point. I think if they reduce the amount of scholarships enough, that could give a “WOW!” factor, as that would have a huge long-term effect. PSU would (hopefully) be buried at the bottom of the Big 10 for a while.

My guess would be no bowls for an extended period of time (5+ years) and a MASSIVE reduction in scholarships (to the point that it would essentially cripple recruiting). I have no idea how many scholarships are granted for football, but let’s a reduction of at least half, if not more.
