Aaron Berry of the Lions Arrested Again, This Time For Assault, and He Had a Firearm
Aaron Berry, the Detroit Lions cornerback who just had a DUI last month, has been arrested again in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Pro Football Talk had the early rumors of the arrest, and Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press had the story with all the details.
Berry was arrested on three counts of assault, and a firearm was involved, according to the Harrisburg police, no other details on the nature of the charges was provided.
Berry was set to enter a diversion program as a result of his DUI arrest. Oops. That judge won’t be the only one interested in this outcome in Pennsylvania. You can be sure that there will now be discipline for Berry in the form of a league suspension.
This story about Berry from last month being ready to seize his opportunity looks laughable at this point.
