He’s too far back. First two rounds were good and he needed the same on Saturday. Finishing at even par killed his chances.

Looks like he’s found some of the old Tiger with the last 2 birdie putts. Strange just commented that the last putt on the par 4 6th hole was “magical”, though I believe Snedeker had a similar long birdie putt yesterday and he made it and yet I didn’t hear the same lamenting.

Strange might want to leave the booth and head down to the course and bow down to Tiger

im a hardcore golf fan and have no problem with a separate post on tiger, or him being the focal point of the coverage at all. until he fades from contention, he’s a much bigger point of interest than brandt and adam scott chasing their first major. not to take anything away from them, as either of them winning would be great…they’re both stars.

i think if the weather turns, tiger has the advantage…he’s just gotta stay within striking distance. if he’s within two strokes, in the group behind the leaders and the wind is howling, id take him as the favorite.

Wait so this -4 includes the current tourney, right? He was +3 at Augusta and -1 at Olympic. So adding his current result to distort his two previous tourneys is not really fair to Tiger.
