Magic Johnson Hung Out on Rihanna’s Yacht, Naturally

Magic Johnson is vacationing with his family in St. Tropez and, presumably between an inspiring roundtable of coherent hoops analysis, he ran into Rihanna and her friends hanging out on a yacht.

The unexpected duo is just another example of the bizarre beauty of Twitter. You simply can’t find random nuggets like this anywhere else:

2. The awkwardness is everywhere when you have this many people focused on a single subject. Nick Saban clearly would rather be doing literally anything else, even as he thanks the media for doing our job with the implicit whatever that is tacked to the end. It is in invisible ink, written at the end of his sentence, and it hangs in the air next to his head whenever he says it. Nick Saban clearly hates every second of this, and always has. He would rather be back in the film room eating oatmeal creme pies or walking down the hallways of the Alabama football conference just waiting for someone to look him directly in the eye. Every year, the Nick Saban Press Conference Experience is like putting a sweater on an ornery cat, draggin it along the floor on a leash, and then making it pose for festive holiday pictures with bright flashes and no treats to coax it along.

was it outdoors? i can’t eat those things inside man…instant freakout. best trip i had tho was at the UNT music school the weekend before finals when it was completely empty. listened to some trumpet player rehearse his piece with a piano player on these leather couches outside the concert hall when…BAM…shit gets real.

It hit me once I smoked while we were walking.I was dying in line where there were hundreds of people trying to get in. It was like some sort of purgatory. I kept telling my buddy its ok were going to make it through this. All the voices fucked with me but once I got inside and got on the lawn it was like I had 3D glasses on. Not the best place to trip for the first time but no regrets.

I did shrooms once. It wasn’t enough for the true experience. Took some and smoked, just felt really high. Wasn’t hearing colors and tasting sounds or anything.

I did shrooms and was in the woods with a fire going with friends. I was 50 ft from the where the fire was and was next to a large pipe and was thought we were next to the Alaskan pipe line. We then were in the parking lot heading back and I just watched the moon and started running in circles. Crazy shit.

Not sure any part of it was ridiculous. One part you saw coming the whole time, another part had a nice little switch-a-roo, another bugged me a bit because I thought one little tweak would’ve been better.
