Joffrey Lupul Dating Cheryl Burke After Meeting at NHL Awards Last Month

Joffrey Lupul of the Toronto Maple Leafs met Cheryl Burke last month at the NHL Awards. The 28-year-old left winger was up for the Masterton Trophy and was lucky enough to be planted next to Dancing With the Stars’ Burke on the red carpet. According to our research department, Burke was not up for any NHL awards. The two flirted (video above) and apparently, they are now dating. From US Weekly:

After doing some Twitter flirting, they arranged to meet up for a sexy dinner date at L.A.’s Mercato di Vetro July 12, where they were spotted holding hands across the table, an eyewitness reveals. Lupul even gave Burke a kiss when she stood up to head to the restroom.

Burke was previously connected with Chad Ochocinco, who she met on Dancing With the Stars.

i was really disappointed. I wanted to say, “hey, Waynes World and True Lies were on TV the other day, i remember seeing those when i was 13 years old!” but she would probably drink more and get more kirstie alley like in the midsection if i did that.
