a) I worked US Open weekend and wrote at least 4 posts from Friday to Sunday on golf;

b) We are rotating weekends when we take heavier shifts and I am off this weekend and covering the British Open weekend both days.

Now, I don’t have time to watch as much as you do and I don’t watch every tournament, but I’ll put up some golf posts during the British too, even though they will only do traffic if something really crazy happens.

As much as pains me to say it, they need to bring back yardwork. Lots of baseball fans in this site.

I’m turned off by the power trips as much as anything. I’m very much against abusive language and personal attacks in the comments, but to have a vendetta against someone and then wait around for an innocuous comment at a peak hour so everyone can see you ban the person, just seems a bit transparent. It doesn’t serve to protect the integrity of the site, which as Jason no longer owns, but rather is an employee of, should be the purpose of banning.

it’s pretty bad, i can’t remember the last time he actually traded comments in good nature with someone about an article he wrote about the JEts (for example).

Ten years ago I worked as a data entry/logistics and was paid well and hated every minute of that job. I took a pay cut to get away from it.

data entry is the worst. i did it on a sales team and made commission, but it sucked so much i gladly took an overall paycut but bump in base salary to get out of it.
