George Brett Gave Chris Berman a Geography Lesson During the Home Run Derby
Chris Berman can get annoying. His “back back back backbackbackback’ home run call is tired and annoying. Even Berman has his limits and has to find different ways to say, “He hit another home run” on a night when over 100 home runs were hit. At one point, a home run caused Berman to exclaim, “Man that one’s hit to Omaha!” At that point, Hall of Famer and Kansas City Royals legend George Brett calmly explained, “That’s the wrong direction.” After 21 years in Kansas City, I’m sure George Brett knows what direction he needs to go to get out of town.

Oh… burn? I mean it could be that he knows which way is north, which can be ascertained by the position of the setting sun.

Thankfully, Berman and Brett can’t produce offspring.
