David Beckham had an eventful evening, in his first match after not making the British Olympic Team. He scored on a free kick. He drop kicked a ball that nailed Sam Cronin, who was milking an injury in the dying minutes (and somehow only got a yellow card?). He also got into it after the match with the San Jose Earthquakes mascot, trying to hold up a Sportscenter sign. The Galaxy lost 4-3.
